Payment Options:

We accept Visa, MasterCard or cheque.

Cheques should be mailed to us within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Credit card payments can be made when you place your order by telephone or online.  You can also telephone with your credit card within 30 days of receipt of invoice instead of mailing a cheque.

Terms of Sale:

An account with Surgo entitles you to the following terms:

Net 30 days:  Interest is charged at 1.5% per month on invoices over 60 days old

Occasionally we may require, at our discretion, credit card payment in advance of an order being shipped.
