Returns Policy                                 

At Surgo we take every step to make product returns smooth and efficient.  For this to occur you must carefully follow our returns procedure.

1. All returns must be authorized by our office. 
   Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Credits for returned goods are issued only after goods are received in our warehouse in good and resalable condition.
3. Returns resulting from customer error will not be eligible for credit on freight charges.  This includes inbound & outbound freight charges.
4. When return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer, shipping can be arranged through Surgo to take advantage of our reduced courier rates.  Returns arranged in such a manner will have the freight charges deducted from the credit note.
5. Only returns resulting from Surgo error will have outbound and inbound freight charges credited
6. To qualify for refund, items must be returned in good and resalable condition.
