Ordering Instructions                                      

There are four ways to order from Surgo:

1.Web Ordering Instructions:

To order online you must have an account with Surgo and use the login feature.  This allows you to use our innovative ordering features.  A login ID and password has been assigned to you when you create an account.  If you have any questions about login procedures or creating an account see our login instructions or call 1 800 263 7402.

          Note:  All our existing customers have been assigned login ID's
                   you can follow the directions on the login page to login &
                   place an order.

Once logged in you may order by one of the following methods:

Favourites list:  Maintain a list of your favourite products and easily select them from your custom list when you need to reorder them.  You can easily add and remove products from your favourites list.  Surgo customer service can create a detailed favourites list for you at your request!

Use our Quick order feature: Order quickly and efficiently by product code.

Order by browsing our products:  Browse & select products individually and add them to your shopping cart.

Order directly from our Search Feature:  Type in a search word and when the product you require appears in the results you can order directly from the search results list.

Order from Invoice History:  Our website displays all your previous invoices and the products ordered on each invoice.  You can review old invoices and add products directly to your shopping cart from the invoice display!

2. Telephone Ordering Instructions:   1 800 263 7402

We can easily take your order by telephone even if you do not have an account with us.  We can assign a login ID and password for you to facilitate  any future online orders you may require. 

3. Fax Ordering Instructions:   1 800 663 0395

Fax a list of the products you would like to order from Surgo.  Be sure to include your customer number, address and telephone number.

If you fax an order and do not have an account with Surgo we may require a credit card number.

4. Email Ordering Instructions:

Attach a list of products you like to order to your email. Make sure you include your customer number, telephone number, billing and shipping address.

If you don't have an account with Surgo, we may require your credit card number.
