The Ethicon MONOCRYL® Plus Antibacterial Suture, 5-0, Undyed, 18", PS-2 is an absorbable monofilament suture engineered for secure wound closure with added protection against infection. Composed of Poliglecaprone 25 and coated with Triclosan, it provides antibacterial activity to help reduce the risk of surgical site infections.

This undyed 5-0 suture features an 18-inch strand and is armed with a 19mm silver PS-2 needle. The needle features a cutting edge prime reverse point for precise and efficient tissue penetration, while the MULTIPASS® design ensures long-lasting sharpness and consistent performance. With an absorption rate of 90–120 days, this unidirectional suture is ideal for soft tissue approximation and subcuticular closure. Each box includes 12 individually packaged sutures.
