Designed to rest comfortably on the user’s shoulders, this contoured plastic tray directs water into a nearby sink or shampoo basin, allowing caregivers to shampoo and rinse hair safely, efficiently, and without mess. The Comfort Hair Wash Tray is shaped with a 5" (13 cm) wide curved neck rest that cradles the neck, providing support and comfort throughout the hair washing process. A 35" (89 cm) adjustable strap wraps over the user’s head and hangs in front, where they can rest their forearm through the loop to stabilize the tray on their shoulders. This ensures the tray stays in place while water drains directly into the sink, keeping clothing and surroundings dry.

How to Use

1. Seat the user in front of a sink, back facing the sink.
2. Drape a towel over their neck and shoulders.
3. Slip the tray’s strap over the head and position the tray around the neck.
4. Place the user's forearm through the hanging strap to steady the tray.
5. Make sure the back edge of the tray reaches over the sink for proper drainage.
6. Wet, shampoo, and rinse hair as normal, letting water drain into the sink via the tray.
7. Dry hair and remove the tray once finished.
