Solventum™ Medipore™ + Pad Soft Cloth Adhesive Wound Dressing (formerly 3M™ Medipore™) is a sterile, latex-free composite island dressing designed to provide gentle, flexible, and absorbent wound protection. Constructed with a soft cloth backing and a unique non-adherent absorbent pad, this dressing allows air in and moisture vapor out to support patient comfort and reduce the risk of maceration. Highly conformable and hypoallergenic, it flexes with body movement and swelling while maintaining secure adhesion. Suitable for use as a primary or secondary dressing, it is ideal for post-surgical sites, IV catheter protection, and light to moderately exuding wounds.
