Sterile Bordered Gauze Adhesive Island Dressings (2" × 2") are designed for versatile wound care and may be used as either a primary or secondary dressing. The three-layer composite construction protects the wound bed, absorbs drainage, and provides secure fixation. Suitable for shallow or deep wounds with light to moderate or heavier drainage.

Three-Layer Construction:

• Layer 1: Nonadherent contact layer protects the wound site and will not stick to granulating tissue
• Layer 2: Soft absorbent pad cushions and manages exudate
• Layer 3: Nonwoven backing with adhesive border to securely hold the dressing in place
