Sterile Bordered Gauze Adhesive Island Dressings are designed for versatile wound management and may be used as either a primary or secondary dressing. The composite construction features a nonadherent contact layer to protect granulating tissue, an absorbent cushioning pad to manage exudate, and a nonwoven backing with adhesive border to maintain secure placement. Suitable for shallow or deep wounds with varying drainage levels.

Three-Layer Construction:

• Layer 1: Nonadherent contact layer protects the wound bed and minimizes trauma during dressing changes
• Layer 2: Soft absorbent pad cushions and manages drainage
• Layer 3: Nonwoven backing with adhesive border for secure fixation
