Intelli-Guard ensures the treadmill only operates when you are actively walking. Step away for more than 20 seconds and the treadmill belt is automatically paused, supporting a safe environment. Finally, if you want to make any changes to the settings like increase the default walking speed from 2 MPH to 4 MPH or turn off the safety beep, it's all customizable in personal settings.
