One set of eight LEDs delivers cross-polarized illumination, optimized for visualizing deeper skin structures without surface reflection. The second set of eight LEDs provides linearly polarized light, enabling clear visualization of superficial skin architecture. This dual-illumination system supports efficient, layered examination of pigmented lesions and vascular structures.

Powered by a highly efficient lithium battery system (compatible with DL100 battery architecture), the DermLite® carbon® delivers reliable, long-lasting performance in a lightweight, portable form factor.

Model DLC includes the dermatoscope unit, a 2CR5 lithium battery, and a protective silicone sleeve with lanyard for improved handling and device protection.
