How It Works

Test Procedure

1. Collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container (do not use first morning urine). Perform the test within one hour of collection.
2. Open the sealed pouch and remove the test strip, holding it by the green end.
3. Dip the strip into the urine sample up to the MAX line for 2–3 seconds. Do not immerse past the line.
4. Lay the strip flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface.
5. Wait 5 minutes before reading results. Do not read results after 10 minutes.

Interpreting Results

• Positive: Two color bands appear, and the lower band (test line) is darker than the upper band (control line). This indicates an LH surge, meaning ovulation is likely within 24–48 hours.
• Negative: The test line is lighter than the control line, or only the control line appears. No LH surge detected. Continue testing daily.
• Invalid: If no control band appears, the test did not work properly. Discard and repeat with a new strip.

Expected Results

A positive result signals that your most fertile days are approaching. The highest likelihood of conception occurs during the three days before ovulation through to three days after ovulation. A negative result means no LH surge has been detected, and you should continue testing until a surge is observed.
