All returns must be authorized by our office in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Credits for returned goods are issued only after items are received in good, resalable condition.

Returns due to customer error are not eligible for freight credit (inbound or outbound).

Customers may arrange return shipping through Surgo to take advantage of reduced courier rates. Any freight costs will be deducted from the credit note.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in good, resalable condition.
